Our long summer days have been giving our members plenty of opportunity to explore and now we are ready to plan for our Autumn opportunities, be it indoors or outdoors.
There are several proposed trips coming up, including the amazing History Wardrobe, Halfway to Hollywood on 26th September, with a pre-show fish & chips supper at Colemans, South Shields.
On the 15th October, an afternoon tea treat at Poplars Garden Centre. This tea will be subsidised for our members.
We meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.00pm in St. Clare’s church hall, Central Avenue. We have speakers on varied topics, craft evenings, friendship evenings and parties. We have access to all manner of informative and varying workshops at WI House, all at reasonable prices to suit your budget.
