Meditation Group Guide
Join us for an evening of relaxation and make new friends.
Our group is open to beginner and experienced adults.
Please note: We cannot accept anyone into the group who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We meet weekly on a Wednesday evening from 7pm until 8.45pm at Greenfield Community College, Greenfield Way, Newton Aycliffe DL5 7LF – Tel 01325 300378.
The group intention is to experience peace, to support each other, learn and practice meditation and plant seeds for a better world.
We will include various forms of meditation, but mostly the meditations will be guided. There will be time for a cuppa and a chat.
