Sunday’s show was a ManHealth special when Ciaran McMenamin and Paul Wilson, from ManHealth, joined us in the studio to bring us up-to-date with what events and support groups are taking place in our region, and to discuss the alarming rise of mental health issues in young men, and the growing concerns of the number of suicides, and the need for charities such as ManHealth to provide much needed support, guidance and training, and to raise awareness for a vital, and worthwhile, cause that saves lives.
