Thanks to everyone who came to this year’s ‘Breaking News’ Christmas production at Xcel Church on Sunday. In front of over 700 people, the evening was an incredible success, with the Christmas story being told as a ‘live’ news report from Bethlehem. Good fun, a script full of humour, amazing singing with the Xcel and MAD Choirs together, a really great way to properly start the Christmas season. As part of the evening a collection was taken for the crisis currently occurring in Aleppo, Syria and we would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who gave and contributed. A total of over £1300 was given and Xcel have made sure that every penny given goes to help all those caught up in the events there. We would also love to take this opportunity to say Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Why not come and join us in 2017.
