The Centre is running the following courses.
Get recognised level 2 qualifications in First Aid.
Wed 1st October Level 2 Emergency First Aid 9am to 4pm
Wed 15th October Food Safety in the Catering Industry 9am to 4pm
Both courses are only £17.50 or if you are in receipt of Employment Support, Job Seekers Allowance or Universal Credit – FREE.
Do you want your Children to learn about “Helping the Birds and the Bees”?
Come along to Woodham Community Centre on Saturday 4th October at 10am to 1pm. Join Aycliffe Town Council’s Park Ranger Steven and local wildlife Photographer Tim, and David.
We will help youngsters, parents or grandparents to make bird boxes, see examples of our local wild life, and explore ways to try simple ideas for Bug/Bee boxes at home.
Time permitting we may be able to erect some of our work out in the community. All materials will be free thanks to help from the Town’s Youth Council.
