The rounds included; Mixed Mathematics Problems, Musical Maths Quiz, Team Problem Solving, Number ‘Treasure Hunt’ and Shape Challenge.
Talented Mathematicians were entered from ten local schools, including the joint runners up Greenfield Community College and Hurworth School. It was however the students James Knowlson, Kate Reynoldson, Ewan Wilson and Lucy Ratcliffe from Woodham Academy who consistently scored the highest in the various rounds to become the 2015 Year 9 Maths competition winners.
