Newton Aycliffe WI have had to change their monthly venue to St Clare’s Church Hall due to expanding membership. We have outgrown the previous venue ‘The Cubby’ and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality over the years.
At the first meeting in the new venue, on the 14th May, the speaker was Kathleen Hamilton from Durham Green Lane Produce, where she exhibited her wide range of local produce.
Our next meeting is due to be held again at our new venue, St Clare’s Church Hall, on Tuesday 11th June at 7pm when our speaker will be ‘Local Motion’. We would like to welcome new members or visitors from other WI’s in the area. For more information, please contact Lynn Tel 01325 314805
