The opening of Aldi is a big secret withheld from Newton News and even the Town Centre owners.
There are rumours that it will be opened on November 8th by a celebrity, but we have no official notification as the local newspaper and cannot get any information from the company’s press office.
It is an unsual way to open a new store and we are disappointed we cannot give residents any details of the opening or offers the new store is making.
This is one of the biggest events in the history of the town centre and no one at Aldi is prepared to talk about it to anyone!
