Somewhere between an Aerobics workout and a jazz dance class, dancercise combines dancing and fitness to give you both cardio and toning benefits, all with the enjoyment of dancing to a great song! There are three sessions to choose from every Wednesday from 09.30 – 12.30. Spaces are limited so please call PCP to check availability on 01325 321234. Sessions cost £2.50
Knit and Natter
Do you like knitting? PCP are trying to start a new social group, on Thursday’s from 15.00 – 16.00. Knit and Natter, in a relaxed and friendly setting, PCP’s Coffee Shop, Garden Kitchen. The group aims to bring people together and create wonderful knitting! Staff will be on hand to provide refreshments for £1.50.
The Pilates Guru, run by Ashleigh McKenna, is a perfect way to destress whilst enjoying a challenging physical exercise to strengthen the mind and body. The Pilates Guru holds something for everyone with weekly beginners, intermediate and post-natal classes!
Beginners: Tuesday from 18.45 – 19.45 or Thursday from 09.15 – 10.15
Intermediate: Tuesday from 17.30 – 18.30
Postnatal: Thursday from 10.30 – 11.30

Yoga at PCP
You can either join Karen Conlon every Wednesday from 11.00 – 12.00 to create a balanced body, mind and spirit. Sessions with Karen are £5, to book or find out more please call Karen on 07828 738093 or Kirsty White every Friday from 9.00 – 10.00 to reduce stress and promote a healthier body. Sessions with Kirsty are £6 or £20 for a block booking of 4 classes. Please contact Kirsty on 07545 899149 for bookings.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
(MCBT) – Starting Thursday 5th September
MCBT helps to break habits of the mind that can be difficult to manage, and encourages you to see situations in a positive light. Simple meditation can help you be kinder to yourself and more responsive to problems.
Starting Wednesday 11th September
Overcome your fears on this practical course aimed at adults 19 and above who are total beginners and who have never used a computer before. You will gain a basic knowledge of how to get online and search the internet and increase your confidence of using IT.
Start IT – Starting Wednesday 16th October
Information Technology has become essential in everyday work & life. It is also now essential for unemployed clients to be able to search and apply for jobs online and to claim benefit entitlements – so don’t get left behind! This course is aimed at adults 19 and above.
