Dear Sir,
I must give credit to the development of the Newton Aycliffe town centre. It is superb workmanship, very nice design and a pleasure to go into the town centre now.
We must expect rents to go up to get such improvements. Look at the Select shop, again a pleasure to shop there. Let’s get more shops spending on their stores and people will use them.
