Dear Sir,
The upper part of Burn Lane, from the Cobblers Pub past the Cobblers Hall and Blue Bell Estates, was resurfaced late Summer/early Autumn.
Threee months later the surface is coming up and you can see the new surface has come off, exposing the old road below.
Not a good use of public money ….
