If the answer is yes to these then why not join Life Church for a relaxed and informal evening at the Pioneering Care Centre near the Cobblers Hall shops, Carers Way Newton Aycliffe.
We meet between 7pm – 9pm in the Brown Room and start the meeting with the highs and lows of our week, and include a bite size piece of study looking at life lessons:
Worry: Life brings lots of worries; money, jobs, our families or future. Can we learn to worry less?
Anger: We all get angry, sometimes for good reason! In this session we explore when anger is unhelpful, and how to manage it.
Self Worth: Have you ever wanted to talk to God but not known where to start? This session is for you!
Forgiveness: Often a painful and difficult process, we will be exploring how we can begin to forgive others & the forgiveness God offers us.
