Jane Ford-Farrand2 web

PCP has added skilled sound therapist, Jane Farrand, to the impressive list of qualified therapists operating from the Pioneering Care Centre’s Natural Therapy Suite.
Sound therapy uses different types of sound, from instruments, a piece of music, voice, or all of three to help improve your health and wellbeing. Sound therapy can help create change in both our physical and emotional state.
Using either sound and/or music on a regular basis and in a conscious way can help resolve and release tensions that frequently have an emotional origin to them and which have, over time, developed into physical symptoms or conditions. Regular use can help you gain greater awareness of emotional behaviours that may have contributed to such tensions.
Come and see for yourself and enjoy a free ‘Sound Bath’ (no water involved!) at the Pioneering Care Centre on Friday 8th November at 10.30am. Jane will provide 60 minutes of amazing resonant sounds for you relax into.
Lie or sit while Jane uses voice, gongs, monochord and Himalayan singing bowls to transport you to another place. Taste what sound therapy can do to help you find inner balance and harmony free. Booking advisable as this one-off free event will be very popular.
To book your place at this free taster session or make an appointment to see Jane please contact the Pioneering Care Centre on 01325 321234 email: enquiries@pcp.uk.net To find out more about the benefits of Sound Therapy visit Jane’s website:soundaffects.uk.com
