Over this week in Aycliffe Town Centre a team has been working on restoring the clock faces and mechanism in preparation for resetting the clock and bringing it back into use. Town Centre Manager Bryan Haldane said: “On Monday 6th March our MP Phil Wilson will officially relaunch the clock and the new town centre Library from 1.30 onwards. Yet another phase in the continuing development of Newton Aycliffe Town Centre”.
