Dear Sir
I am a regular cyclist and am capable of doing 50 or 60 miles in a day. I feel for Christopher Holmes as there is no need for bad-temperedness from car drivers.
A lot of countries say “the cyclist is always right”.
I know exactly where this particular incident occurred and I usually give way to vehicles and go onto the cycle path at the start of the hill towards the Cobblers Pub . . . not because I am giving way, but because I am out of breath . . . maybe a large sign is required telling cyclists to use the path!
