Dear Sir,
I wish to protest over changing the lakes to a nature reserve. The water is there for the people to enjoy as a recreational facility.
We have nature reserves and ponds along with The Burn whcih has also been neglected by the council. It is filthy with overgrown weeds, and rotting trees – so dense you can’t see the water running through!
This is a Health and safety risk to children if they happen to fall in.
