Dear Sir,

Why, oh why, do we have to contact the utility companies ourselves to save money?

Every time our contract ends we have to tell them we want the cheapest tariff which is obvious!

Gas is gas and electric is electric and all we want is the cheapest bills possible, so why do we have to contact them and spend ages hanging on the phone to renew our contract? Is it just keeping people in work?

I am sure that every person that rings us know we want the cheapest tariff. Why can’t this be done automatically?
