Dear Sir,
My wife and I had a hard day working in the garden and after a lovely evening meal were looking forward to a quiet night watching TV to find that when I switched on the TV, we got a message on the screen ‘no signal’.
I phoned Dave Naylor our local Aerial expert who advertises in the Newton News and although he had finished for the day he still called round to sort out the problem.
He quickly identified the fault and made a temporary repair so that we could watch the TV and returned the next morning to fix it properly at a reasonable cost.
That is what I call service!
