Please ask Royal Pizza just to tell the truth. It isn’t that difficult! Repeat after me…”We are very busy tonight so aren’t able to get your food to you for at least a couple of hours”

As a frequent visitor to Newton Aycliffe I have over the last few months ordered food from Royal Pizza on three occasions and without exception been informed my delivery would take approximately 45 minutes.

An hour or so later when I call to chase it up the second stage of the routine is brought into action. “It’s on its way” they say.

When the food does arrive a further hour later I am surprised to discover the delivery agent is neither a three legged tortoise, or a snail, but in fact a man with a perfectly roadworthy car!

In fairness the food itself is delicious so please Royal Pizza just tell me the truth.

We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to  customers.  Our usual delivery time is from 45mins up to an hour, however when it gets exceptionally busy the delivery time does go up and we do then advise our customers, it  may take more than 1 hour.

We’ve had various appliance problems which have contributed towards the delivery time being over 1 hour and are in the process of rectifying this and it should be resolved in the next couple of weeks. We apologise if there has been any misunderstanding or if any our customers have been misinformed about their delivery time.

Our aim is to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction and we value any sort of feedback. Every order is a priority from the time the order is taken up until delivery and making sure the food quality is not effected in the process.

We would appreciate if this is taken into consideration by our valuable customers and if they could bear with us if the order has taken longer than originally advised.
