A SALES Director with Roman at Newton Aycliffe celebrated 25 years service with the company last week. Marc Teasdale joined UK Shower Manufacturer, Roman in January 1988, when the company was just approaching its own third birthday, as one of the original team of Sales Managers.
Marc worked closely with company founder and current Chairman Gerry Osborne and since then has worked his way up to the role of Sales Director.
Marc now focusses on his relationships with Roman’s key Housebuilder partners and Roman’s key Merchant partners. He has become a well-known face and personality in the industry.
Marc is passing the passion for Roman showers down the family, with his daughter Lauren Teasdale, 18, joining the Marketing Team on a work placement from local school St Johns.
Lauren presented her father with a photographic montage spanning his 25 years.
Gerry Osborne commented: “Marc is our longest serving member of the team, having joined us almost at the beginning. It has been fantastic to see him grow and flourish with the business.
