Congratulations to Greenfield’s Engineheads for winning “Class of the Year” at the Northern Echo Schools Awards this week.
The fantastic group of young people were rewarded for their hard work and dedication to the work of Room 13 at Greenfield Arts.
Over the past year they have led training sessions for teachers, organised activity in Room 13, given presentations at national conferences and they will soon be leading assemblies at Greenfield about SOLEs and Room 13.
Katy Milne, Director of Arts and Creativity at Greenfield Arts (who was also a finalist at the awards) said: “It is fantastic that this inspiring group of young people have been recognised in this way for all their hard work over the past year – well done!”
