Thank you for including the referee visit story in last week’s Newton News. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the visit of Martin.
This is because the Professional Game Match Officials Ltd (PGMOL), has advised all match officials to restrict their movement to match days only.
This decision has been reached in view of the existing circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus. We hope to welcome Martin to the Bishop Auckland R.A. some time soon.
