A glittering Aycliffe Town Centre celebrated the start of Christmas with a star studded event including tribute acts for Bruno Mars and Robbie Williams. Star Radio broadcast live and there was children’s fairground rides and free face painting. Star of the event was Santa Claus who along with our Mayor Jed Hillary distributed free gifts to children. “Everyone who attended had a great time and I would like to wish all the townspeople of Newton Aycliffe a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year” said Town Centre Manager Bryan Haldane.
