Police are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle had its tyres slashed on Osbert Place, Newton Aycliffe. The incident occurred overnight between Monday  24th and Tuesday 25th October, 2016. The vehicle concerned was a green Vauxhall Astra. Anyone with any information should contact PC 2687 Pitt on 101.
