North East-based Pennine Home Improvements has smashed its targets once again, achieving sales 17 percent above predictions. The company has delivered a 45 per cent increase on 2017 performance for the same period, while welcoming a new Group Retail Operations Director.

August sales topped £1,326,898, something Pennine credits to its customer-centric ethos and 40-plus years of delivering high-quality products and service consistently.

The appointment of industry renowned Shaun McAllister will bolster the company’s performance further. Shaun brings a wealth of experience from his 10 years as Divisional and Conservatory Operations Director at Anglian Home Improvements, and most recently, as Director of Central Services at Everest.

Mark Tinnion, Managing Director at Pennine Home Improvements, said: “Adding Shaun to our business is a strategic move that demonstrates the calibre of our brand, in being able to attract industry pioneers such as him. We’re delighted to have Shaun on board and look forward to seeing his experience add value to our business.”

Shaun’s role has been created to build on the unprecedented success of the company’s sales and to further strengthen its service operations. The focus on maintaining the company’s position at the cutting edge of the industry while delivering the best possible customer experience will be high on his agenda.

Shaun McAllister, Group Retail Operations Director, said: “It’s an honour to join Pennine Home Improvements; a company that has achieved great things already, as its results show. I’m looking forward to strengthening and scaling up the operational delivery for the company, while maintaining the focus on customer experience.”
