This year, as a result of COVID19, the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is holding their Annual General Meeting on Monday 28th September 2020 from 11.30 am until 12:15 pm via Zoom.
For over 22 years PCP has proudly delivered high quality, accessible projects and activities aimed at improving health, providing access to services and reducing social isolation. As well as managing the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe, PCP delivers a wide range of projects across the North East supporting the Charity’s mission of ‘Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All’.
