The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is holding their Annual General Meeting on Monday 29th September from 11.30 am until 12:30 pm at the Pioneering Care Centre.
For over 16 years PCP has proudly delivered high quality accessible projects and activities aimed at improving the health, providing access to services and reducing social isolation.
As well as managing the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe it delivers a wide range of projects across the North East supporting the Charity’s mission of Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All.
