The Charity “Newton Aycliffe Over 60’s Club” based at Neville Community Centre was closed with the Charity Commission’s agreement on the 21st April 2005, when it amalgamated with the Charitable Trust “Friends of Senior Citizens”.
Solicitors, Close Thornton, urgently require copies of any minutes or resolutions recorded by the members of the Newton Aycliffe Over 60’s Club relating to its decision to close the charity and amalgamate with the Charitable Trust aforementioned.
