Dear Sir,
I have received a parking charge from Aldi for overstaying for one minute over their one hour parking limit.
On the day in question, the car park was full, so I had to wait to find a spot, I then collect a trolley, do my shopping wait in line to pay, wait in line to register my car number, walk to my car, empty the trolley into my car boot, return the trolley. Wait in the line of cars to get out of the car park.
One hour is not long enough to do a big shop after waiting around to park etc. I had spent over £100 in the store that day. I have complained to Aldi and their car park agents, but I don’t really wish to waste my time doing this.
Aldi have lost my custom.
