Thanks to GAMP AAP funding, a new project will start on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd March for families to get creative and work together at three venues across Newton Aycliffe. Creative family sessions will take place at Greenfield Arts, Woodham Community Centre and Agnew Community Centre on the first weekend of the month for the next 3 months.

The sessions will be led by a creative practitioner and will encourage families to work together, to be creative and to explore new ideas – the first session is going to look at moving parts, and different ways to use everyday materials.

Families who attend the creative sessions will receive a free “kit bag” filled with interesting materials and an ideas pack to allow you to continue to be creative as a family outside of the sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for families to spend creative time together, learn new techniques and explore ideas.

To book please contact Greenfield Arts on 379048, info@greenfield-arts.co.uk, Agnew Community Centre on 321504, agnewcommunitycentre@btconnect.com, or Woodham Community Centre on 300258, woodham.community@gmail.com.
