The first Options Summer Festival takes place at the Pioneering Care Centre this Thursday, August 27th and we invite you to come along.
The event is open to all and will feature a 12-hour sponsored Danceathon, coffee morning from 10:30-12noon, stalls, a tombola, carnival games including hook-a-duck and wet sponge throwing, free health checks and much more.
The festival is being organised and run by the members at Options, a day service for adults with Learning and Physical Disabilities based at the Pioneering Care Centre.
Members will all be taking part in the mammoth 12-hour Danceathon from 8:30am-8:30pm, so please come along and show your support. You can even join in the dancing or sponsor us on the day! All money raised will go towards activities at Options promoting independence, choice, control and wellbeing.
