At Stephenson Way Academy we continue to welcome new-starters to our thriving nursery provision, which takes children from as early as their 3rd birthday. With ample space to play and learn, as well as access to natural outdoor areas, it is often remarked upon by parents how quickly and easily children settle into our friendly setting.
Our well-trained and highly motivated staff provide a wide range of creative, enjoyable activities to engage our young learners and form good relationships with them from the outset.
Although starting school may seem much further in the future, our experience has shown us that children who attend the nursery from an early age enjoy a taster of school life. This leaves them well equipped for starting Reception and ensures that this important transition is as smooth as possible.
Flexibility is a further strength of Stephenson Way Nursery, as pupils entitled to 15 hours a week can opt to attend morning or afternoon sessions or even 2 ½ days each week as preferred.
In addition to this, working parents can benefit from the longer 30 hour places that are also available to help meet childcare needs.
