Re forthcoming Town and County Elections – I have lived very happily in the Shafto/St. Mary’s Ward and have always cast a vote. However after reading the list of candidates nominated in all wards – 47 in total – I find only two for whom I would want to represent me on Town and County Councils: Arun Chandran and Ken Robson both Independents. I have decided therefore, for the first time in 48 years, I shall not be using my vote! Maybe sometime in the future, before the next Election, I will move house to be in the West Ward to be represented by Arun and Ken!
