Since our last meeting we have taken residents to Beamish Museum and Crook Hall in Durham.
We had a fabulous day at Beamish Museum, meeting all the volunteers, who dress for their parts and are extremely knowledgeable. The weather was warm and sunny too, which was a bonus! The following week we had a trip to Crook Hall for a Halloween afternoon. Everyone, even the adults, had a scary but fabulous time.
Our next meeting is on Tuesday 20th November starting with refreshments at 6.45pm at Neville Community Centre.
The meeting will include presentations from the Cancer Awareness Service and Police and Communities Together (PACT) Service.
The meetings are the best place to book places on trips. So come on down and meet new friends and neighbours.
