We are looking for two golf volunteers to run a golf day one Saturday in June – to volunteer ring Peter on 313924.
We would also like to start a games activity event, every Tuesday 10-12. Including snooker, skittles, table tennis, darts and badminton at only £2 per person. To show an interest please ring Peter on 313924 today.
We can now cater for residential homes with Kurling every Monday 10-12 at £2 per person, this is a keep fit sport, even for those in a wheelchair. Bring a party from your home on a regular basis and have a good laugh! To book ring 313924.

We are open Tuesday and Thursday 10-12 for the sale of bric-a-brac, just pop in to browse, we also have a range of Age UK leaflets, giving advise on a range of topics.

It gives me great pleasure on behalf of the Senior Citizens especially, to write to you to thank your Pride Team for the excellent job they have done in ensuring that main footpaths are cleared of snow and ice.
Please convey our sincere thanks and appreciation to your teams for carrying out this essential work during the time of heavy snow, a job well done.
This certainly makes life easier for everyone to get into the town.
Also a big thank you to Colin, a resident in Ainsty Hunt, who not only cleared the whole of our Street with very little help, but went on to clear the main road into our street, well done and thank you.
