Newton Aycliffe’s Family Fun Day will take place on Sunday August 18th, after the original event was postponed due to the weather.
Activities and stalls, including a tug-of-war competition, a speed goal and a bouncy castle, will ensure families are kept entertained.
The event starts at 11am at Moore Lane Park.
Tables remain available for the table top sale at £5 each. They can be arranged by contacting Barry Waters on 07864 718243.
Please note those with tables will have to have their car inside the ground at 9.30am due to a cricket match on the adjacent oval.

On the pitch, the Royal Blues began their campaign with a victory in a special evening kick-off away at Penrith.
As the Northern League celebrates its 125th anniversary, a Cumbria groundhop took place, with games staggered on the West Coast.
Aycliffe’s game took the ‘main-event’ slot at 7.30pm, and two goals each for last season’s top scorer Danny Earl and new signing Jamie Owens led Allan Oliver’s boys to a thrilling 4-2 victory.
The result was made all the more impressive as key defensive trio John Close, Stephen Gibson and Stuart Owen were all unavailable.
They will all return this weekend as the Newtonians begin their FA Cup campaign with a trip to second division side Darlington RA.
Aycliffe have never won an FA Cup tie. The game kicks off at Brinkburn Road at 3pm on Saturday August 17th, with the club hopeful of a large turnout in travelling supporters as they attempt to make history.
