A north east racecourse is slashing prices and offering racegoers the chance to enjoy seven live jump races for just £5 entry when prebooking.
On Tuesday, 24th November Sedgefield Racecourse will host a Movember themed raceday offering racegoers the chance to win hospitality for two on Tuesday 6th January for sporting the biggest moustache.
Jill Williamson, general manager at Sedgefield Racecourse said the team are gearing up for what is expected to be a popular raceday.
“Everyone is getting involved in Movember this year and teamed with a great day at the races, along with opportunities to win competition prizes throughout the day, it is sure to be a fantastic event.“
This popular race meeting will open its gates at a third of the admission price aiming to encourage more racing fans to the course, aswell as raising money for Cancer Research throughout the day. The course is hoping to raise a large amount due to the reduced admission price.
The discounted raceday, which gets started at 11:00am and includes seven live jump races will see the first race kick off at 12.20pm.
