Dear Sir, We received three flashy Tory leaflets, but they’re full of false information.

• Ms Davison pretends she likes football and videogaming, but an internet search shows she likes lacrosse and trampolining.

• Her job “in the technology retail industry” turns out she is a sales assistant in a video games store.

• She brags about “staying in the constituency since being selected”, but that was on 27 April (she has been here barely a month).  She lives in Hull and her campaign office is in Darlington.

• Tory ministers drop by to pretend they know her.  She pretends she knows Newton Aycliffe.  And they all pretend they give a damn about us.

• She says her priorities are housing and the armed forces – when the Tories have caused a crisis in the first and cuts to the second.

• She promises a DLI Museum knowing it is impossible under a Tory government which has closed museums, libraries and leisure centres all over the country.

• She promises to build the  local economy with Teesside Mayor Ben Houchen – has she realised that County Durham is in the North East Local Enterprise Partnership, not the Tees Valley LEP.

Don’t be fooled by Ms Davison’s exaggerations.  Vote Labour on 8th June. “Aycliffe Reply”
