The Miscellaneous Exhibition is to take place on the 7th of June, 2019 from 5pm-7pm at the Visual Arts Centre, Durham Sixth Form Centre. Formulated by 21 foundation year art students, the exhibition transcends art mediums, celebrating innovative artists from backgrounds ranging from fine art, photography, graphic design, textiles, ceramics and illustration.
With a wide range of subject matter, from hard hitting social and political issues to the macabre, there is sure to be artwork that will appeal to all! Come along and explore the work by students based in an Artsmark Platinum Award winning art department and Ofsted Outstanding rated sixth form.
There will be free refreshments, suitable for a variety of dietary requirements and children’s activities will be available as well as a gift shop. The Visual Arts Centre has disabled access and is located on the sands, on the picturesque bank of the river wear.
