Dear Sir

On 3rd April, I was outside Tesco’s placing my shopping into the rucksack on the back of my mobility scooter.  After I had zipped up the rucksack I turned round to take the trolley back and someone had taken it along with the pound coin!

I hope the pound does the person no good and a like action happens to him/her in the future. I enquired of Tesco’s Customer Care whether they could reimburse my coin, but told that as it had happened outside the store nothing could be done, which seems hard with the profits made by Tesco.  The loss of the coin does upset me, but it is the principle I am most angry about.  It is disgusting to think that anyone could do this to a disabled pensioner.
