A big thank you and well done goes out to all the children who took part in the Mayor’s Official Christmas Card Competition this year.
The Mayor of Great Aycliffe, Councillor John Clark, presented prizes of gift vouchers and framed pictures of the designs to the winners at the Council Offices on Wednesday 12th December, prior to the full Council meeting.
The winning design chosen for the Christmas card was by Emily Webb, in 2nd place Jaimee Richardson, 3rd place was Poppy James.
