The Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor Val Raw and Mrs. Pat Johnson and Deputy Mayor, Councillor Barbara Clare, were joined by ladies from the Butterwick Hospice (Bishop Auckland) and friends to raise funds at the Tesco’s Store on Saturday, 16th February.
An amount of £330.70 was raised and the Mayor would like to give an extra special thanks to Beryl Anderson and Louise Gregson from the Hospice and Tracy and Angela from the Tesco Store for the help which was given to fund raise for this worthwhile cause.
Councillor Val Raw would also like to thank everyone who visited the store and made a donation to the Hospice. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
