Tracy Knox, our resident ‘clippie’, made sure Councillor John Lethbridge, Mayor of Durham City 2018/19, had his ticket punched in order to board her bus, the Newton Aycliffe & District Bus Preservation Society’s United 1942 double decker, which was on display at Durham Market Square last Friday.
The theme for the event was uniformed organisations. Tracy caught the Mayor trying to sneak on board without a ticket, but Tracy was having none of it on her bus!
