Tuesdays: 7pm to 8.00pm for Children. 7pm to 8.30pm for Adults.

Thursdays 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Description of Activities: Anshin-Ryu Karate has its history in both Wado-ryu and Shotokan Karate. The club practises traditional Karate, but also enjoys sharing the experience of a number of senior members from different styles such as Shotokan, Kickboxing, Ju-jitsu, Muay Thai and Tae Kwon Do. We are a very open club and anyone is welcome to join.
