Eloise Harker . . . born and bred in School Aycliffe, daughter of Elizabeth and David Harker has managed to win a place as one of the seven finalists in a competition ran by TFM Radio’s – Wake up with Wayne and the charity ‘Cash for Kids’.
Eloise attended St. Joseph’s Nursery and Primary School in 1986 and then moved on to Carmel School in Darlington before becoming a student at Middlesbrough, where she attended the University achieving a BSc Media Production with Music Technology.
When she was younger she attended Brownies at the Scout Hut and spent her Saturdays learning various types of dancing at St Clares. Her Sundays were spent Horse Riding at Ketton Hall and she was also a member of a choir in Heighington. She presently works at Eston Park Academy in Eston, Middlesbrough and still enters the Aycliffe Shows craft classes as she has done since she was very young, only now her Fiance and Son enter them as well. To win the competition Eloise and her partner, Neil Nicholson, have just 9 days to raise as much cash as they possibly can for the charity ‘Cash for Kids’ Sponsored by TFM Radio. The bride and groom who raise the most cash over this time will win the ‘Wedding of their Dreams’.
Eloise and Neil need to act fast and would like to ask all their friends to spare a minimum of a £1.00 towards their cause.
To vote please TXT “WIFE01 £1” to 70070. The monies they raise this week will all go to the charity Cash for Kids and only if they achieve the most donations to the charity will they win the competition.
You can track their progress on www.tfmradio.com/charity/couple01 – Any donations made on line will attract a further 25% for the charity. A text or donation of any size would be greatly appreciated.
