The heart warming rags to riches story of Annie from a New York orphanage to living with billionaire Oliver Warbucks is told on stage at the Civic Hall, Shildon, early next month. The CATS Youth Theatre Group present “Annie” the musical where amongst the 50 strong cast you will find local girl Rebecca Wilson taking centre stage as little orphan Annie. Madalyn Patrick plays Rooster with Emily Neal his girlfriend Lily St. Regis.

Annie’s orphans are Grace Patrick who plays Katie, Georgia Brown as Pepper, and Bethany Elgey as  Julie. Laura Edwards is one of Oliver Warbuck’s Maids whilst amongst the excellent dance troupe are Layla Neal, Lucy Elgey and  Ellie Daglish. Beth Atterby is one of the 15 singers in the production.

Performances are on Thursday 11th, Friday 12th and Saturday 13th October at 7.30pm with one final performance on Sunday 14th October at 2pm.
