Rotary President Jon Bean and Welfare Officer Geoff Batchelor visited Technology Court on the Whinbank Industrial Park in Newton Aycliffe this week to collect presents and donations for those in need this Christmas.

Eden Asset Management have recently taken over as managers of this site on Aycliffe Business Park and are keen to reinvest in the local area, especially at this time of the year when so many families are in need of a bit of extra help.

The tenants of Technology Court all rallied round and provided a selection of gifts and monetary donations to help the Rotary Club help a needy family or two in Newton Aycliffe.

The management company were delighted with the community spirit, which not only exists in the town, but also on the business park.

The companies which are based at Technology Court and were involved in this include HB Technologies, Diamond Community Cleaning, Hawk Shield Security, C&P Interiors, Capture Films, Morses Club, KHK People, Hillman & Co., PPS Developments, Special Touches, Teesvale, MSF, Vinyl4U, The Electronics Ltd, Communicators and NASSL.

Nizam from Eden Asset Management commented “I am delighted that the above companies are joining us in supporting the local community and especially those in need at this time of year”.

The Rotary Club of Newton Aycliffe will pass the gifts to local charity, Helping Hands, who will distribute to those in need.
