Dear Sir These photos are from two different garage block sites, Jackson Place and Fowler Road and, I am sure there are more instances of dereliction on the town. In my view Livin are only boarding up and not repairing garages, because I believe they want to build houses on their remaining garage sites. If anyone asks Livin for a garage they say they do not have any available. This is not because there are none empty, it’s because they are not mending them and making them available. Then they will say to the planners they are empty because no one wants them which is untrue. Livin are just interested in making money on building new houses not looking after the people of Aycliffe and their need for garages Ian Bussey Crewe Road
