The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) has added a variety of community learning courses to the long list of activities delivered in the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe.
These courses are an ideal way to learn a new skill, discover a new hobby or improve confidence and self-esteem.
Introduction to Health and Social Care Gain a basic understanding of Health and Social Care services, qualifications required and job roles within the Sector. This 7 week course is a great start towards longer-term learning opportunities or employment. Cost £44 (or free if you receive JSA or some other benefits)
Authentic Indian Cooking- Discover tasty ways to have a healthy and balanced diet. Join this Indian Cookery class at the Pioneering Care Centre and enjoy a sensory and educational experience, it will help you to create and learn to cook simple healthy foods. The 7 week course costs just £44 (or free if you receive JSA or some other benefits)

PCP are also keen to hear from people who would like to try something new that isn’t on offer. Please get in touch and they will do their best to provide, depending on numbers (a minimum of 10 people is required).
