Last Saturday the annual Christmas Fair at the Pioneering Care Centre saw over 500 local residents gathering together to shop, make family decorations and visit Santa. Visitors had the chance to enjoy festive music from local performance groups with face-painting and seasonal stalls in the Mall to pick up early presents. Families who came together spent the morning getting into the Christmas spirit by decorating biscuits and making table centre pieces for the big day. Young and old alike enjoyed a visit from Santa who took time to listen to make lists of what children wanted for Christmas.
One stallholder commented that it was a “brilliant venue, great successful day and without a doubt would like to come back next year!”
The Pioneering Care Partnership would like to wish all residents in Newton Aycliffe a very happy Christmas and look forward to welcoming old and new friends in 2016!
